Where is the new terminal?

The address of the new terminal is 2300 N. Airport Blvd. Springfield, MO 65802. The new terminal cannot be accessed from Kearney Street. Visit the directions page to see a map of the terminal’s location.

How is parking going to work during the transition? When I caught my flight, I left my car at the old terminal. When I get back, I'll arrive at the new terminal. How do I get to my car?

We'll have a free parking shuttle running between the new and old terminals.

When does the terminal open and close?

The terminal is open 24 hours a day. The airline ticket counters open at 4:30 a.m. They generally close by 7:00 p.m.

Which airlines fly from the new terminal?

Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines

How do I contact the local airline offices?

To contact local airline offices you must go to their local ticket counter; they do not accept phone calls from the public. Click here to see your airline’s toll free phone number.

What is a "cell phone lot" and where is it?

The cell phone lot is a parking lot where you can park for free while waiting to pick up an arriving passenger. When your passenger arrives they call you on your cell phone and then you drive to the front of terminal to pick them up. See a map of the parking lots by clicking here.
